A Few Things to Know

To keep the Christmas Parade safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

No Santa characters. Santa makes his grand entrance at the end of the parade. Help us keep the surprise special for little ones by leaving Santa costumes and impersonations out of parade entries.
No throwing candy from moving vehicles. Participants may walk alongside and distribute candy safely to the crowd.
Drive safely. Drivers must maintain a safe, controlled speed, remain alert, and follow parade route and instructions from officials.
Safety first. Decorations and equipment must be properly secured, and drivers must have a clear, unobstructed view.
Stay with your group. Remain with your entry throughout the parade.
Keep it family-friendly. Floats, costumes, music, and displays must be appropriate for audiences of all ages.
Be considerate.
